Hi, my name is Cole Silverman. I am 13 years old and I am raising money to donate to the American Cancer Society  as a mitzvah project for my bar mitzvah.

The reason I chose cancer  to be my mitzvah project is because I have lost great grandparents to cancer, three of my aunts had it, and my grandmother has been recently diagnosed with it too. So as you can see, this is a personal thing for me, and I thought it would be a great idea to start raising money to donate to the American Cancer Society; so we can find a cure as soon as possible.

My goal is to raise at least $1000 by November 5th - I have a lot to do including a Donuts4Donations campaign.  I will be working very hard and I hope you will consider making a contribution to my GoFundMe page.
