Coats for Kids

We started the new year with a record snow fall. The cold has severely affected countless of Syrian families living in poor conditions, many without heat and shelter. Through a dedicated group of individuals, we have gathered the means to produce at-cost winter coats to distribute to the Syrian refugee community.
My name is Alex Reddaway and I run a garment manufacturing business in Istanbul. With a desire to help the Syrian community, we are producing warm quilted wool coats at a cost of £25 per coat. Please join us in raising the money needed to produce the first batch of 220 coats to distribute to children between the ages of 10 and 18 years old.
We plan to distribute the coats through a number of community-based charities working directly with refugees, primarily based in Istanbul and Gaziantep. Any extra money will be used to buy further coats from neighbouring factories.
