Dear Supporters,

My name is Jessica, I am a 33 year old living in Australia. I creating this campaign on behalf of my dear friend Khaled Shomar who is living in Gaza.

Despite facing the unimaginable horrors of genocide and great personal loss, Khaled's spirit and compassion have driven him to focus on the needs of local children in his community and I am honoured to support his mission.

As aid trucks remain held up at the border and water is cut off, families are unable to afford the inflated prices of basic necessities such as food and water. According to a United Nations report, children are bearing a significant burden, spending up to eight hours a day carrying and collecting food and water.

Alongside his brother, Khaled aims to collect and provide clean drinking water and food for his family & others as well as equipment and materials for tents and winter essentials.

By contributing, you are helping to provide safe drinking water and food to families at significant risk of dehydration and malnutrition.

Every donation, no matter how small, is hugely appreciated and makes a difference.

I will collect the funds on Khaled’s behalf and continue to transfer them to him as required.

I will also post udpates and photos as the mission gets into action, Khaled will document the donation process in videos and photos.
