Family,

As you may or may not be aware, Claudine has a serious medical condition that requires our support at this time. Both of her kidneys have failed and she is required to have dialasys twice per week, at a cost of $210.00USD ($840.00USD p/mth), NOT inclusive of medication and other expenses.

Family, we are hoping for a commitment of $50.00USD a month per person, however, whatever amount you are able to contribute towards this expense would be greatly appreciated. 

Lets do our best to support our loved one in her time of need.
