Cincinnati Women Build Nations

This conference is amazing. This year the conference is being held in Seattle, Washington. My goal is to get every female ironworker from Cincinnati, Ohio to the conference. You learn a lot from these women all over the country. You get to hear their stories and advice. They teach different classes and lessons for women in trades. They talk about harassment on the jobs and how to handle it. Also, how to recruit more wonderful women and starting a committee. The learning experience is endless. It is amazing to meet the women who have similar lives as you and to be surrounded by people who are like you for once. We have 15 women wanting to attend the conference and it's going to cost $1,500 each person. It would be a blessing to us to have this experience.
