"K9 CHAMP"  is Maryland's 1st and only K9 for  the ENTIRE Capitol Police Department!  "K9 CHAMP" works very hard to keep the residents, employees, and Govt. Officials of the State Of Maryland safe!  He provides explosive detection for our Government buildings in both Annapolis and Baltimore State buildings!            
DOZENS of K9's overheat and die in their squad cars each year!

 "K9 CHAMP" does not have enough money in the K9 budget to protect him with a much needed car heat sensor alarm.
