Kenya Mission Trip 2015

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-19

Several verses in Scripture tell us clearly that God expects us to spread His Word to everyone in the world. From the joyous hymns of Psalms (96:3) to the accounts of the disciples in Matthew and Mark, there can be no doubt that we as Christians have an essential duty to fulfill on earth. The Lord has placed a burning desire in my heart to do just that! This summer, I have the opportunity to go to Kenya, Africa to serve as the Lord's hands and feet; to go house to house in villages, to go to schools, to go to the prisons, to help with the 109th church plant by Pastor Morris Ogenga and his wife Ida - to spread the gospel in an area of the world where the harvest is plenty and the workers are few.

Please pray about helping me to attain this goal, whether through financial support by donating toward the cost of the trip or through praying that His Spirit will accompany the team and move through us as we spread the gospel and welcome new brothers and sisters into the family of Christ!
