A week ago, we created this GoFundMe to help our beloved mother, Christine Parmarter, as she began her fight against breast cancer. She received one chemotherapy treatment, but tragically, her body could not tolerate it. Six days after her treatment, our mother passed away on Tuesday.

Because Christine was one of the most loving, caring, and selfless people we have ever known, we did not want to remove what was originally written, as it truly reflects who she was. However, we do want to clarify the purpose of this fundraiser now.

Christine Parmarter was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always put others before herself. She was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back just to make sure you were warm. Her kindness and generosity touched so many lives, and she was deeply loved by everyone who knew her.

In addition to her cancer diagnosis, Christine bravely lived with heart complications requiring a pacemaker and COPD. Despite her health struggles and financial hardships, she remained strong and hopeful, surrounded by the love of her family. She is now reunited with her mother, father, and brother who were watching over her.

We are now asking for support to help our family lay our mother to rest. Any donations will go toward funeral and final expenses during this incredibly painful and unexpected time. Any amount, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated and helps lift a heavy burden from our family.
