David and Candace Chorjel have been throwing lifelines to others for the past 40 years. David as a special education teacher/administrator, college instructor, and psychologist. Candace as a researcher and psychologist. They have been supporting/holding up their patients and students at the most difficult times of life when hope seemed elusive and a path to the future was clouded in what seemed like insurmountable obstacles and pain.
Tragically, their home of the past 30 years was completely destroyed in the Boulder Creek Wildfires. David is nearly 78 years old, and Candace is almost 70. The runway for recovery for them is limited. Now, they are in need of a lifeline, and we hope you can help by sharing what you can to help them recover, step by step. Thank you all so much for your support.
