8/25/2025 Update

Hello everyone, I’ve attached a photo the referral approval letter from HCF. 

I initially got the copayment amount wrong, and Chloe’s referral will cost $3,000. We are also responsible for personal expenditures (examples listed on the letter) so I will still be fundraising above $3,000. Please help me by sharing my GoFundMe link online. 8/23/2025 Update:

Sorry for the confusion of the goal amount. The original goal was actually $3000, but the new “automated goal” feature on GoFundMe kept displaying $1800 and then it increased today. I didn’t like how it was doing that so I turned off the automated feature and just set the goal to $2000.

My name is Maggie Meked Gordon, and I am asking for help on behalf of my daughter Chloe Hana Sariang Isidoro.

Her father is Tyler Isidoro, my amazing partner, and becoming parents has been the most beautiful experience of our lives.

(Just to clarify, I am using my Seattle address for this account but we are currently in Palau)

Yesterday, 08/21/2025, it was decided that Chloe be referred for an overseas emergency medical referral for seizure-like episodes that have been happening, and becoming more frequent, the past 4 weeks. Her doctors and the medical referral program will be deciding soon (hopefully today) on her case to go on medical referral in the Philippines. And we hope to leave by this coming Tuesday. Chloe needs to be seen by a neurologist and have EEG testing done to measure her brain’s electrical activity, and from there her medical team will determine the next course of treatment.

I am hoping that these seizure-like episodes are benign, but until then it has been very difficult for us watching our daughter go through these episodes.

Chloe is only 4 months old, and she is our first and only child. She has been healthy and happy so far.

It is not easy asking for help, so we greatly appreciate any donations made to help cover the expenses.

We also ask that you please keep Chloe in your prayers and pray for her overall well-being.
