Cheri's Lung & Heart Plea For Help

I am desperately in need of help Y'all...Swallowing my pride here and reaching out to sympathetic souls for a little helping hand.
My truck got REPOED!! REPO, ME? Yup! Why? Looks like I've had walking pneumonia since APRIL 1st and didn't know it until I took myself to the ER on May 30th. Hospitalized 3 days means no pay plus I had already been scrambling to pay bills as my employer wouldn't give me a solid 40 hour week paycheck. Walking a razor-thin line but could see light at the end of the tunnel until now.
The week prior to the ER, I spent my last $150 on co-pays and prescriptions instead of making a truck title loan payment to keep them HAPPY. I felt I had no choice. Anyways....
HEALTH STATUS:
-Pneumonia since April 1st through mid-July
-COPD, EMPHYSEMA, ETC (at least I finally quit smoking!!): Need to see a Pulmnologist
-Irregular heartbeat: needs additional 4-week heart monitor usage plus a prescription I don't have $$ for.
-Possible Sleep Apnea; appointment early July.
FINANCIAL NEEDS:
-I need to get as close to $1,000 as I can by Sunday night to get my truck back; the payoff is $2,600.
-I currently have $115 in unfilled prescriptions at Wal-Mart with another $85 coming in 2 weeks. I really, really need the $85 Symbicort inhaler as I used the last of the freebie this morning. This is helping the pneumonia and keeping me working!!
-I cancelled my 1st Pulmonologist's appointment because I didn't have the $50 co-pay. I have $50 to my name until Friday bring saved for an emergency taxicab ride home from work. Work transportation is iffy at best. Fingers crossed!!
-I owe $450 for June 1st's rent with July 1st not far away. I get paid $800 every two weeks under ideal circumstances BUT I can't make that happen (plus a 2nd job!) without my truck!!, and NOW, my health.
I have two options...this go fund me account or bankruptcy. Either way, I am short on time so I have got to save my truck by Sunday night or start bankruptcy on Monday.
Such is the state of this poor, working, low-income single older worker. I make $12.00/hr and have health insurance plus dental insurance but can't afford to use them! The hospital statement alone came in @$10,600, of which I'll owe 20%. I figure an easy $2,000 for miscellaneous doctors, etc. I need $10,000 in dental work. Time is catching up with me I guess....
So, if you could spare a buck or two toward my plight, I'd be so very appreciative. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I'd be in such dire straights...how embarrassing!!!
