This summer I am turning 40 years old. As I approach my 40th birthday, I find myself reflecting on the journey that has brought me here and the purpose that guides me forward.

As I’ve been saying, birthdays always make me mindful of why I was born and what I’m supposed to bring to this world. There’s just something about this 40th one that feels unlocking.

As I step into this new season, I am dedicating myself to developing four unique ecosystems that represent my purpose and personal expression—each housing multiple resources and curated experiences. These projects are deeply personal and represent my commitment to helping others find balance, healing, and inspiration in their own lives.

To bring these ecosystems to life, I am reaching out my family, friends, and those who simply want to support —Instead of getting me a gift this year, I want to invite you to be one of my 40 for 40 supporters. $40 to celebrate 40 years and to help me start (or rather, continue) building these 4 ecosystems.
