After losing my hair my entire life changed.  At 23 years old, I should have been energetic and full of energy. Instead, I was in bed, sleeping through most of my days.  

My LACK of health, DROVE ME to find a new way to heal myself.  I feel responsible to help people regain their health - as a culinary coach.

I am ready to pay it forward.
