MaryssaStrong

Maryssa, now 10, was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in December 2017 at 9 years old. She has undergone chemotherapy treatment since that time and spent a lot of time inpatient at Levine Children’s. She is currently in remission but will continue treatment until April 2020. She lives in Rutherford county but her treating hospital is in Charlotte so it involves quite a bit of traveling back and forth. Thankfully she does have insurance but the hospital bills are still very substantial.
