My family has been going through a really difficult time over the past few years. So many of you have already helped us by donating and supporting my brother, and we are forever grateful.

I hate to ask for help again—we truly wish we could cover everything ourselves—but unfortunately, my mom’s hospital stay is going to be much longer than we ever expected.

If you know my mom, you know she is one of the most loving people you’ll ever meet. She would give the shirt off her back to someone in need. She’s always been someone people could count on—kind, generous, and full of heart.

A few days ago, she went to the hospital due to an enlarged liver and a mass on her pancreas. We never expected she’d be airlifted shortly after, due to a severe bleeding ulcer that forced doctors to sedate her for several days.

My dad and I have both had to take time off work. We’re trying to alternate so one of us can be there with her at all times, but leave isn’t fully paid—and there are still bills, a home to manage, and so much uncertainty ahead.

You’ve already done so much for our family, and we truly understand if you can’t give again. What we ask more than anything right now is for your prayers—for strength, healing, and hope. My mom is a good person, and we believe she can come out of this stronger than ever.
