My name is Charlotte, I am a 38 year old trans woman living in Birmingham, UK, and I am asking for your help raising funds for Facial Feminisation Surgery (FFS).

While I am awaiting a confirmed date for Gender Affirming Surgery, for which I am so grateful to the NHS, FFS is not supported — and that’s why I’m reaching out here.

FFS is a transformative step on my journey, helping me move through life with confidence and authenticity. The cost for these procedures in the UK can be between £20,000 and £40,000, depending on the individual treatment plan and aftercare. Every contribution, large or small, brings me closer to living fully and safely.
