Charlie Van Block was a beloved member of the Sedona community. He was more of a family member than a friend to our family.
Charlie used to always talk about his daughters. He adored them and strived to give them the best opportunities he could. He was a dedicated father who always put them before himself and was a man of great integrity. He was a good person, who touched the heart of every person he met.

On October 18th, Charlie fell off a ladder and died while building his dream family home for him and his daughters.
For 10 years, Charlie had been putting all his money and time into making his dream a reality. Being an architect for more than 35 years, and having designed houses for others, Charlie saw this opportunity to create a house that he would not only to leave behind for his girls, but a place he knew, would create memories that would stay in their hearts forever.
This house was going to be his legacy.

Now in the aftermath, the girls are left not only with the tragic loss of their father but, with the burden of a shell of a house and all the responsibilities that come with the commitment of finishing it. Property Taxes, Land Mortgage, Debt and the building costs are what this page would fund.
