Charles "Christopher" Henneberger is a singer- songwriter whom most people have heard on the radio, or TV, but never noticed. His vocals can be heard on some of the biggest hits of this generation.
From being the original vocals for the Milli Vanilli smash hit "Girl You Know it's True", to background vocals on many of Gloria Estefan's "Greatest Hits", to being recorded by Roger Troutman for Shirley Murdock's album, joining her for vocals on "Chocolate City", which had parts of those vocals used on 2Pacs huge hit "California Love". From R&B to Pop, Country to television, he's been there.

However, after all the years in the studio, on tours, and having made some bad deals, all left Charles, like many artists, struggling to keep his head above water. However, if not having health insurance, a place to call home, or any savings in the bank were bad enough, last August Charles was diagnosed with stage 4, terminal pancreatic cancer, and was given 8-12 months to live.

After entirely changing his lifestyle, and a putting up a hard fight, in May of this year, the doctors have told us that the cancer has spread to his liver, and that he should start making arrangements for the eventuality of death. We have not given up, and although some doctors have, many want Charles to continue to fight and, we agree that he should fight, but while being kept as comfortable as possible in these, his final days. Charles's closest friends, and family want to raise funds to help him continue his battle. Erika Harvel, and I have set up this Go Fund Me campaign, and ALL of the funds will be used for his living expenses, medical bills, and funeral costs. We would also like for his family to be able to spend this time by his side, in South Florida, where Charles has spent most of his career. Any funds that are not used for these things will be used to fund a charity in his name that will provide end of life needs to people that have spent their lives as artists and musicians giving their soul to their art, and fans, but they are financially destitute.
Charles has made many friends around the world, and we are asking for those that know Charles, those that may only know him through his music, and those that may not know him at all, to come together and help raise as much money as possible. We want to give this loving, caring person that would, and has, given the shirt off his back to help a complete stranger, the help he needs at this time in his life. Doctors, Nursing, Food, Medicine and Treatment for liver and pancreatic cancer is not cheap. This does not even include basic living expenses, like rent, and getting the help to make sure he eats properly, gets the proper nutrients, and exercise that he needs to extend his life and the chance to beat this disease. Every dollar is needed, appreciated, and will be used ONLY for Charles, we will be giving updates as often as possible. Charles is currently at Mercy Hospital in Miami, and would love to speak to anyone that may want to reach out and speak to this incredible artist that has written songs with the biggest writers, singers, and musicians in the world.
