Our dad, Charles Cahoone, was recently diagnosed with melanoma. The only current information we have is that it has unfortunately gotten to the point where it has affected his lymph nodes.

He is a retired police officer from Modesto, CA who just recently relocated to Boise, ID. During his time with the Modesto PD, he was awarded the Medal of Honor and Certificate of Valor and Heroism for his act of bravery shown in a 2000 jewelry store robbery where he was shot and put on life support.

Along with these accomplishments, Charles is also a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Our family asks you to please include our dad in your prayers and to please contribute whatever you can. Money raised will help with medical cost which include radiation therapy and chemo.
