Trips to Washington DC and Chicago have been long-standing traditions at Chardon Middle School. These trips supplement the curriculum of our seventh and eighth-grade students and provide a joyful culmination to the school year. Due to circumstances beyond their control, students are at risk of having this valuable learning opportunity canceled, although they have already paid for their trips in full.
CMS teachers and administrators have been working around the clock to ensure that our students have the opportunity to see how their classroom learning can be brought to life. The staff has been securing reservations and negotiating costs to help alleviate the additional financial burden to our families. For many CMS families, these payments were a hardship and some were recipients of scholarships donated by our community.

You can also make a donation directly to Chardon Middle School PTO (c/o Tim Velotta, Principal).
*Monies raised beyond the funds necessary for this trip will be used to start a scholarship fund for future trips.*
