I’ve been trying to catch a break and don’t think one is going to reach me in time to have a place to live.

I've been trying for three years now to get back on my feet, to my career, into remission, and to a life that is feasible financially and rewarding personally.

The world changes when you're unemployed and highly susceptible to a plague, and attempt to reenter the corporate world with a chronic conditions seen only as a limitation.

Nevertheless, I've been fighting to prove myself, and despite working since I was 18 all the way up to a 48th floor if a skyscraper, I'm back at rock bottom, the same one I faced decades ago.

I hate asking for help, but also recognize that our society doesn't naturally make room for those living below the poverty level, nevermind having a livable wage for those disabled and without a family to fall back on.

Right now, I need the ability to move at the end of December, and the ability to find income that'll do more than just knock off the interest fees on my loans.
