Our mother’s battle with cancer was devastating but she fought till the end. She was taken too soon but now she is resting with the Lord. God gained a warrior with wings. Her battle was short and unexpected. But now she leaves a legacy and is a testimony of perseverance dedication, and human kindness. She touched the lives and heart of so many that she gave them hope. She once told me everybody deserves a second chance to fix what was once broken. I’m asking for kind prayers for the family. This has been a devastating loss to our family my brother has taken responsibility to carry out her wishes. The grief of a loved ones passing is terribly painful. He has taken care of everything I pray for the lord to make him strong thru this time. To raise the money to give her proper services are not available to us. The little things add up like floral arrangements, descriptions on plot, religious services etc. I want to ask for your help for small donations so the family can mourn and get some relief from the heart ache of losing a beloved mother.

She was an angel to us: a soft voice that calmed storms, a wild heart that stood fierce for family. She loved her kids deeply, worked her fingers numb, and built her dreams—home, car and of coarse her precious pets -after beating addiction’s chains for years. She broke a generational curse and left us with her strength and courage to forgive. She fed the stray cats, loved her dogs like her babies, and adored her birds. Her babies meant everything to her. Outsiders never went hungry. She was beautiful inside and out, a testament to resilience.

Cancer is misunderstood and it took her from us but she didn’t give up cancer stole her from us. Now, she needs a burial, and secure what she worked for: her home she worked so hard for and the legacy she created. Every donation keeps her spirit alive, knowing that we care for the things that made a difference in her life. She worked too hard; she deserves a proper celebration of life. Awake for Wings.

She is survived by her 9 siblings, her sons Richard and Roy, and daughter (me) Krystle. She has 14 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters, Desiree and Aaliyah, and one on the way. Please be kind to share my mama's struggle and help send her home with peace.
