With great sadness in our heart, we request your financial support and contribution towards the funeral of our daughter, granddaughter and friend, Tiffany Folashade Mordi. She sadly was taken from us on March 18th, 2022 by senseless and random gun violence in the city of Chicago.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at McCaulley - Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium. 530 W. Boughton Road, Bolingbrook IL 60440 on April 2nd, 2022. Time of service will be updated as soon as confirmed
