Cat’s health

My sister’s cat really needs treatment. She’s not gaining weight, and you can see and feel her bones. The vet said she might have parasites in her lungs and stomach. The only way to help her is to get her spayed (fixed), which should help improve her appetite and allow her to start gaining weight again. She needs this treatment as soon as possible to get better.
The other cat has a red sore on her neck that we don’t know the cause of, and she’s never been checked by a vet. Please help if you can any support means so much. These cats need treatment to survive and heal.
Guapo needs to get fixed tooo because he could get infection from outside from other cats
