Dear Friends and Family,
I want to thank you all for your generosity, concern, and prayers for my brother, Kevin. Sorrowfully, I must tell you that he lost his long battle with cancer this past Friday evening, June 26th, 2020.
Kevin loved life so very much, and he fought tooth and nail to hold onto it. He suffered a great deal, but he never complained or felt sorry for himself. Instead he showed courage and compassion for those who struggled, cried and fought alongside him. The worst is over now, or so I'm told. I will miss my brother every single day for the rest of my life, we all will. But Kevin is at peace now. He'll experience no more pain or fear, and for that I am truly thankful.

Dearest Family and Friends,
I so wish that we had better news to share. I wish I could say that Kevin is home safe and sound. But all I can say is that he is home, with his family, resting, and not in pain so far as we can tell. It was and still is a rough journey.
Some of you know all too well how we feel at this time, the immense sorrow, the fear, the helplessness. I never truly understood how painful it is to watch someone you love suffer. I sympathize with anyone who has ever experienced this indescribable, life-altering, sadness and impending loss.
Once again, we ask for your prayers for strength, courage, comfort and peace, for Kevin most of all, for Debbie in particular, and for everyone who loves and relies on Kev. Please give us this time with him. I'm sorry, no visitors. If we fail to return a call or text message right away, please forgive and be patient with us. We hear you, and we know you care. We just want to be present with Kevin in these moments with minimal distractions. We will be in touch as soon as we can.
In the meantime, rest assured that Kevin knows how very much we all love and care for him. He appreciates your kindness, generosity and support more than you can possibly know. We all do. You have touched Kevin's heart and given him hope. And for that we are forever grateful

6-17-2020 UPDATE - Greetings, to all of you Loving, Kind, Generous Friends and Family! Kevin arrived safely in AZ and having exhausted all traditional medical treatment options, he has begun alternative therapy at Brio Medical Center Scottsdale AZ. Kevin is deeply moved and tremendously grateful for all of your support. He wants everyone to know how much he loves and appreciates you. He will never give up the fight. Life is precious and each day a gift. He hopes to come home and enjoy another summer by the pool.
Your prayers are so appreciated for both Kevin and Debbie, as they endure this battle together. Please continue to pray for their courage, strength and the miracle of hope!

Now it's our turn to pitch in, any way we can, to let Kevin know we care. Since he has now decided to seek hope and alternative therapies in AZ, travel expenses and medical treatment options are costly! Your donation will be greatly appreciated and is helping the guy who's always been right there when needed.
