We worked with Casey Fitzpatrick as a surgical technician in the OR at Upstate Bone and Joint for many years and he is an amazing coworker, friend, and overall great person. He would laugh and joke all the time lightening the mood in a tense OR setting even though he was in pain.  

Casey is a proud and loving  father of 3 children. He is always talking about his children and how proud he is of them. Always supporting them in their sporting activities. He is a caring person who would help anyone who needs it.  

Casey has just been diagnosed with stage 4lung cancer and is unable to continue working. We would like to raise money for him and his family to offset medical expenses and allow him to make memories with his children.  I know he and his family would be grateful for every cent you can donate.
