Caroline L'hoste -Last Journey Home

Caroline was a beautiful soul who sadly crossed over the most brightest of  rainbow bridges, last Saturday night. She was such a vibrant, crazy person with a smile to match, but this world got too heavy for her...
She dedicated her life to caring for others and over time watched her family and her beloved dog Abe, cross over.  Caroline was a free spirit with a wild streak, who lived life with vigour and pizazz!.  
Hoping she has now found peace in the arms of her family and the paws of her adored Abe.
So to make sure Caroline's last journey home is a celebration like no other, please donate some dollars towards her funeral and share in her life's celebration as she has no family to send her home, just 'us' her friends. All money raised will be put towards funeral costs.
