On Sunday March 11th 2018, my sister Caroline Hamilton, aged 24, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. No words can express the hole that this loss is leaving in the lives of all that knew and loved her.
Caroline was a vibrant, creative, and loving person. While she was growing up, my parents were exhaustive in their search to find the best outlets to foster her growth, and capitalize on her unique learning style and special talents.
At age five, Caroline was enrolled in the Musical Therapy Program at the All Newton Music School, in Newton, MA, and remained there for over five years.
Caroline benefitted immensely from this therapy that catered to her vivacious, independent spirit and helped shape the amazing person she became.
To celebrate Caroline, we want to provide the same opportunity to other children who may benefit from these life-changing programs.
In lieu of flowers, our family is requesting a donation in order to start a scholarship fund in Caroline’s name at the All Newton Music School. Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated and all funds will be donated.
