Carlos Cabral, the founder of Dogs in Brazil, has been rescuing Brazilian street dogs for the last 16 years.  His selfless giving has saved countless animal lives.

Having sacrificed everything to help those in need, he now needs our help for pacemaker surgery Tues August 22nd.  His heart rate has been dangerously low and not responding to medication.  He has no medical insurance so payment of surgery is expected immediately.

Without this surgery, Carlos will die. Its now our time to help him and time is running out.
