My cat needs surgery to remove tumor

Update- the response we have received is absolutely AMAZING! I am so overwhelmed with joy and shock right now! I don't want this to seem greedy, but I'm going to keep this going so we can try to get the CT beforehand so the vet won't have to go in blind. It's Butterscotch's best chance to get all the cancer removed. If we don't make it, that's okay. We can still do the original exploratory surgery and give Butterscotch extra time and a chance to be cancer-free!
Hello, My cat has a cancerous tumor on his shoulder and it is too far up to amputate his leg. He had the first tumor removed in surgery, and then another tumor appeared just over four weeks later. We took him to a vet oncologist who said his best chance is another surgery to get the full tumor out. This surgery will be $3000 and may or may not need to include chemo. If we do nothing, Butterscotch only has a few months left before the tumor is so large that he can't walk. Please help us get this expensive treatment for our sweet kitty!
