Help Send Gymnastics Team Canada to Euro World Cup
Donation protected
The Kalev Estienne RGC's Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) team, comprising 6 young gymnasts from Toronto, is set to compete in the upcoming 2023 World Cup in Europe; a highly anticipated event in the gymnastics community. The team will travel to Helsinki, Finland on May 23rd, representing Canada once again.
The team needs the help of friends, and families to make this upcoming trip possible. The total cost of the trip is estimated to be around $12,000, covering expenses such as flight tickets and hotel accommodations.
As a self-funded team managed by dedicated volunteers plus coaches, we depend on contributions from the local community, friends, and family. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact, whether you can donate $5 or $500, every dollar counts and will be greatly appreciated. We are kindly asking for any financial contribution you can provide to help us achieve our goal of representing Canada internationally!

The Members:
Our gymnast group this season is composed of ten girls: Anna, Magdalini, Anna R, Hana, Mika, Jasmine, Melissa, Serena, Eveline, and Alison who are coached by Antonina Savchuk. She has trained gold medalists for National Junior Development Groups and National Novice Groups. She has also acquired AGG and RG judging qualifications, demonstrating her exceptional expertise in the sport.

History:
Prior to the Covid pandemic, the Kalev Estienne AGG gymnastic teams had a long history of success dating back to the 1990s and consistent participation in international events. In 2019, both the junior and senior teams achieved impressive results, bringing home medals from the 4 Continents competition held in Singapore, in addition to making it to the finals at the World Cup in Spain. Despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic, the team remains determined to continue building on the history and to compete at many more events.

Upcoming + Recent Competitions:
The team most recently competed at the AGG World Championships held in Austria last November of 2022, where they were able to make it into the competition finals.
Our girls will be competing in the upcoming Koop Cup competition, which will be hosted this April in Ontario. The event will showcase athletes from multiple countries, competing in both RG and AGG categories, providing a well-rounded and unique competition for everyone involved.
Hopefully, as we prepare for this and other competitions we can count on your support in helping us get to Finland for the upcoming World Cup. We thank you in advance for your generosity, and we look forward to competing for Canada once again!
