Cael is the son of a neighborhood friend.
On July 25th Cael was diagnosed with leukemia. He had been to the doctor's office a few days earlier because he had been having low grade fevers for the previous 2 weeks.
They didn't think it was anything but said they would do blood work to be safe. That is when the diagnoses was discovered.
He is headed to St Jude's in Memphis.
The friends in their neighborhood have decided to help raise some money to soften some of the expenses they are bound to incur.
