Sup?! We’re CULTURA. (pronounced cool-TOO-rah)

A Coeur d’Alene taco trailer known for its traditional Al Pastor Tacos and homemade aguas frescas.

We didn’t start with a restaurant. Or a trailer. We started with a tent, pop-up tables, and six flavors of aguas frescas served out of the traditional vitrolero. We told ourselves, "It would be an easy seasonal thing". The whole idea was that it would be a fun (key word!!) side hustle once a week.

After that first market, we asked ourselves: “What do we miss most about San Diego?” And the answer hit fast... tacos from our favorite taco truck. PROPER street tacos. The kind we used to crush in South Chula Vista on a random Tuesday.

So we gave it a shot.

The next season, we rolled out aguas frescas AND Al Pastor on the trompo, and it got wild. Lines obstructed the farmers' market traffic. It was WILD every day... it was then we realised we were onto something.

Why We're Opening a Restaurant

Because we’ve outgrown the trailer. And because we’re finally ready to serve the way we’ve always wanted to.

CULTURA isn’t just tacos... It’s our taco ministry.

We believe real ministry happens out in the marketplace, right where people already are. This new space isn’t just about more seating. It’s about creating an environment where people laugh, hang out, belong, and leave full... soul and stomach.
