CROSO Commits

On April 12th, CROSO will be hosting our first Giving Day (#CROSOcommits) to help raise awareness and funds for the incredible group of young people in Uganda who receive the CROSO Scholarship. (See their photos below.) We have chosen this day as it coincides with the International Day for Street Children and all of our scholars and graduates were once living or working on the streets. With access to higher education, CROSO Scholars and graduates are now creating a brighter future for themselves and their communities. 


CROSO commits to supporting these amazing future leaders as they pursue their dreams. CROSO commits to providing each scholar with the tools necessary for success. This includes the typical tools you might associate with college learning - a laptop, books, and supplies. It also includes the basics that might be overlooked such as housing, food, and transportation. CROSO commits to recognizing each scholar as an independent person, capable of making decisions that are in their own best interest and best support a brighter future for themselves, their family, and their community. 

We're inviting you to join us in this commitment by donating to our one-day campaign, #CROSOcommits, on Friday, April 12, 2019. Donations of all sizes are welcome and each one truly helps us make a difference.
