As many of you may know Katie and I have recently been engaged, and now that we are expecting a little one, our hearts are filled with joy, excitement and we cannot be anymore happier! But because we are blessed with such a precious gift we have shifted all of our efforts in our matrimony to preparing for our first baby.
Although our hard work and shift in financial goals will pay off, we have been reminded once again the indispensable value of community. In lieu of those physical presents, we are asking our friends and family to gift us something of monetary value so we can establish a safe home for our little one to come. We set our campaign goal at $100 because only the sky is the limit. The majority of the money raised will go towards the establishment of a safe home before our baby is born, hopefully in Vallejo or Hercules where family will be near, and the rest of the donation collected will be for the baby's needs.
In regards to our wedding, we will only be having a small intimate ceremony and reception in a cute little park, with our invited relatives to join as one big family and there will be no plans for a honeymoon, at least not until the baby is over a year old.
Each and every contribution makes us beam. And as a thank you, we will provide you a link and keep you updated with pictures, videos, and wonderful stories of our baby!
