Mom's Funeral Service
Donation protected

God has called one of his angels home. It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my amazing, beautiful mother, Cynthia Grant who was an outstanding grandmother, a loving wife and mother, who devoted her life to helping others. She was a missionary who loved God, and was loved tremendously by all those who knew her.
For the past three years Mom struggled with various health issues… heart complications, renal failure, and diabetes. She was hospitalized for the last 57 days, her health was deteriorating, bedsores, swelling and both legs had to be amputated, yet she faught to get better. As she lay on that hospital bed, we all had high hopes that she would pull through like she has always done after multiple surgery's. Mom is the stongest person I've ever known who approgached every medical challenge with strength, grace and GOD on her side. Every day, we visited her and immersed her with our love, and every day our hearts grew week with hers, watching her endure so much pain.
In our minds Mom was on her way to recovery but God had a different plan. Never thought that day would come where I'd be making funeral arrangments cause Mom always beat the odds. One can never be prepared for the death of a Mother and the unimaginable pain that comes with their passing.
On November 1, 2016, on All Saints Day, the Lord called my beautiful mother home, to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ. We find solace in knowing she is no longer suffering or in pain.
In this period of grief and mourning we respectfully ask for your support for the funeral of Cynthia Grant’s Celebration of life. Any contribution no matter how small is greatly appreciated.
