On Feb 1st 2017, Cervanties Bolton affectionately also known to many as "CD" unexpectedly suffered a stroke and internal bleeding to the left side of his brain at the young age of 38.
CD was rushed to North Mississippi Medical Center where the doctors worked diligently to prevent Cervanties condition from deteriorating.
Once in stable condition and awake in the ICU, the severe aftermath from the stroke limited CD's ability to have functioning mobility to the right side of his body.
Although the stroke may have physically transformed Cervanties and limits his current ability to do the things he once did; however, it did not affect his faith and determination to recover.
CD is motivated by the constant support from his wife, children, family, and friends to recover from the stroke. He is focused on continuing to be the best husband, father, brother, son, and friend he can be.
As mentioned, the aftermath of the stroke has left Cervanties in a temporary disabled state where he is unable to continue to fulfill his daily responsibilities.
We the Bolton/ Gilleylen family are rallying around CD to help relieve the pressure he is experiencing. Our goal is to assist in raising as much as possible to help with his out of pocket Medical Expenses that have accumilated.
In addition, we are also raising fund to help pay for the cost associated with rehab/ physical therapy.
We are asking all our friends and family to help come together to help support Cervanties while he recovers from the aftermath of suffering from a stroke. Any donation, no matter the amount, is a blessing .
