26.2mi to Send Kids to College

Please consider helping students from local under-served Boston high schools get into college. College AppAssist's mission is to bring about a new class of first generation college graduates from Boston's local under-served high schools.

In a 26.2mi effort to support the fundraiser Collin Erickson, Will Roeder, and Fred Schmidt will be representing College AppAssist by running the Bay State Marathon in Lowell, MA. Additionally, Ryan Smith will be running the Bay State Half-Marathon.

Funding is used to help mentees pay for college applications, SAT/ACT study materials, textbooks, notebooks, and other necessary schooling supplies.

College AppAssist links current high-achieving college students with its participating high school students to develop a mentor-mentee relationship in order to help navigate the college process and develop a life-long friendship.
