ALECZANDER’S TOP SURGERY

Hi everyone, my name is Aleczander and I'm a transgender person from London.

 I've known that I was transgender since I was a child, but it took me a long time to come out to my family and friends. I came out toward the end of 2019 early 2020 When I finally did, I was met with a lot of love and support, but I also faced a lot of challenges. One of the biggest challenges has been affording the medical care I need to align my body with my gender identity.

 I'm now at a point where im saving up to have top surgery which is a procedure that removes breast tissue and creates a more masculine chest. This surgery would be life-changing for me, and would allow me to feel more comfortable and confident in my own skin.

 Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery is very high and I am not able to afford it on my own. That's why I'm asking for your help. I've set up a GoFundMe page to raise the funds I need to make this surgery a reality. Any amount helps, and I am grateful for any support you can offer.
