Butdorf Family Car Accident

Donation protected
The Butdorf family was involved in a serious car accident far from home in the early hours of Friday morning, February 16 while on a road trip to Colorado. A wrong-way driver hit them head-on on the interstate just north of St. Louis. The whole family, along with friend Ethan Vanaman, was transported to St. Louis hospitals. Cynthia and Gillian remain hospitalized. Gillian’s broken bones will take time and therapy to knit. Trace has been discharged from the hospital, but will need to be very careful for awhile to allow kidney, spleen, liver and ribs to heal. It is not yet known how long they will need to remain in St. Louis. While the family is so many miles from home, many have asked for a way to contribute towards the unexpected expenses and other financial needs—St. Louis living expenses, lost wages, and bills—this accident has generated for Butdorf’s. As a kindness to the family, a go fund me has been established to facilitate your generosity. Flowers are not allowed in Gillian’s ICU room, so consider a contribution in lieu of flowers. Funds will be used by the Butdorf family to meet their needs. Please be assured of their sincere gratitude.
