Buddy's House Fire Recovery

Buddy joined our team at The Little Gym of Corvallis though a work partnership with Home Life Vocational Services. Home Life matches individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with local businesses and providing win-win solutions for the community. Buddy works extrememly hard as our gym janitor and we are fortunate to have him on our team. His parents happily drive him to and from work, about a hour round-trip for his daily hour shift. Unfortunately, Buddy's house caught fire yesterday displacing his family in a serious loss.  Less than 24 hours later Buddy was back at work saying he was happy that nobody was hurt and glad to be at work because it was something he could do to keep busy.  He and his family are currently staying in a motel. We are asking for financial donations or gift cards for Buddy and his family to use to cover the immediate costs of navigating through this short-term emergency and long-term recovery.
