Bruce's help with Assisted Living

Dad was diagnosed with vascular dementia in July of 2013. He made the move from Virginia to Ohio to live with myself and my family in November of that year. We have been doing our best to take care of him and make sure he stays happy, healthy and safe. It has become increasingly harder to take care of Dad. It is time to move him in to an assisted living facility. We have a place lined up. Dad will have to self pay until he is 65 which will be December of 2018. He makes $66 too much per month to be eligible for Medicaid assisted living funds.
Dad has some money in savings as well as an IRA. He will blow through that money pretty quickly.
We are asking for any help you can give so that Dad can be taken care of for the next 18 months.
