"inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'oon" (To God we belong, and to Him is our return)

Brother Yahyaa Abdullah Ibrahim, age 57, born in San Francisco, California, passed away three weeks ago. The medical examiner has been searching to find the next of kin of Brother Yahyaa since February 3, 2024. They were finally able to get in touch with his ex-wife, who reached out to Al-Marhama for help.

Since Brother Yahyaa has no family, we are creating this fundraiser to cover the cost of his burial. Please donate generously.

We will update you on his Janaza Prayer and Burial once Brother Yahyaa is released from the medical examiner.

O Allah, forgive him and have mercy upon him, excuse him and pardon him, and cleanse him with water, snow, and ice, and purify him of sin as a white robe is purified of filth. O Allah, exchange his home for a better home, and his family for a better family. Admit him in Paradise as his ultimate home, protect him from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the fire. O Allah, grant patience to his family and friends and provide them with strength and strong iman to recover from this difficult loss. Ameen.
