Medical Bills

Brian Smith is a 28 year old who has to go to Houston, Texas for major surgery on October 27th, 2014.  He will need to stay in Houston, Texas for four weeks.  He was born with bladder extrophy, meaning his bladder was on the outside of his body.  He has had several surgeries to correct this birth defect.  He will be in the hospital for a week to ten days for this scheduled surgery and his recovery time will be three months.  He will be off work for six to eight weeks with no compensation.  His family will be with him for the four weeks he will be in Houston, Texas.  They will need to rent an apartment for the four weeks that they are away from home.
