War with Stage 4 Choriocarcinoma

6 Months ago dad was diagnosed woth stage 4 Coriocarcinoma Testicular Cancer. 

It has been an incredible and diffictult journey these past several months. The recap of dads journey could be very lenghty so ill give it in a short form. 

Just after Fathers Day weekend dad went to the hospital for what he thought was an pnemonia, unfortunately he quickly had his worst fears realized, it was cancer. 

We soon learned that it was testicular cancer and was easily treatable only to learn days later its the rarest and most aggressive form of TC and in stage 4. 

The team in Florida did their best to treat dad but we decided to relocate him to Indiana to give him the best team possible. After a few months of treatment (Full of ups and downs) all looked well, dad visited family and reurned to Indiana for his final round of chemo to learn that the cancer cells had mulitplied rapidly and that the team no longer found chemo to be a means of healing.

They recommended returning home to be with family and friends. Discouraged but not defeated mom and dad have returned to Florida to try to seek a second opinion and put back together the pieces of their life. Dad recently visited another Oncologist and this Dr sees no reason why we should not continue treatment.

While contemplating treatment dad has been eating healthy and trying to build the strength for more chemo.
Unfortunatley the past few weeks have proved to only weaken him further. Dad is fighting his best to beat this terrible disease and through Gods strength and will he will endure.

While trying to get healthy and regain strength he is trying to sell his home of more than 15 years to help compensate the extravegant medical bills and living costs.  

Dad can not work, mom is his 24/7 caretaker and bills and Dr's visits do not and will not wait. They are in need of your continued help as they enter into maybe the hardest round of this fight thus far.

My dad would never ask you for your help, he is the man you helps others but in this time dad needs others to be what he has always been for them!
