Help turn our infertility into IVF.

Hello! My name is Diana. I’m here asking for your help with something incredibly personal and deeply important to us—starting a family together. I’ve wanted to make this for so long, but worried about judgement. It’s just finally come to a point where there doesn’t seem like any other option to avoid going into debt because I went and had some labs done to see what was going on and I have a diminishing egg reserve. We were told that I’m going into early menopause and most likely will be in full menopause by age 40. I’ll be 36 in July. I feel as if we’re running out of time even more so now! 

Brett & I have been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. In that time, we’ve gone through medicated cycles with Letrozole and Clomid, changed our diets, removed toxic household chemicals, taken every supplement imaginable, and done everything we could to support my body naturally. Still, we haven’t been able to get pregnant.

I’m almost 36, and time feels like it’s slipping through our fingers. We’ve reached the point where IVF is our best option—but it comes with a price tag of around $25,000. We haven’t gotten an exact price, but I will update when we discuss cost at the fertility clinic. The average cost is not something we can afford right now, and we are doing everything we can to avoid going into debt just to have a chance at becoming parents together.
