Hello! My name is Diana. I’m here asking for your help with something incredibly personal and deeply important to us—starting a family together. I’ve wanted to make this for so long, but worried about judgement. It’s just finally come to a point where there doesn’t seem like any other option to avoid going into debt.

Brett & I have been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. In that time, we’ve gone through medicated cycles with Letrozole and Clomid, changed our diets, removed toxic household chemicals, taken every supplement imaginable, and done everything we could to support my body naturally. Still, we haven’t been able to get pregnant.

I’m almost 36, and time feels like it’s slipping through our fingers. We’ve reached the point where IVF is our best option—but it comes with a price tag of around $25,000. It’s not something we can afford right now, and we are doing everything we can to avoid going into debt just to have a chance at becoming parents together.

All money will go toward the cost of medications, the entire IVF process from retrieval to transfer and gas for the commute back and forth to North Carolina, where we have been referred as well as to cover time off from work that will be required for most of the appointments. Carolina’s Fertility Institute is where we will be going.
