As of July 29, 2015, my 30 year old daughter, Breezesinna Chapman has transitioned from this life to be with Our Creator! She was diagnosed with Diabetes over 10 years ago, and in the last 2 years has been suffering greatly, to the extent of which she could no longer work, or care for herself.
This has been a difficult time for our family. We have been doing everything possible to cover her expenses out of pocket, as a result of her being disapproved for numerous insurance companies/policies over the last few years due to her pre-existing condition. If you are interested and in a position to assist us with laying her to rest, we would greatly appreciate it.
