Rozays recovery

Hello everyone I am writing this on Brandon’s behalf as you all know we have been in a relationship for about 3 years and recently gave birth to our first child on October 14th 2021 

On November 5th, just 3 weeks after welcoming his firstborn son into the world, Brandon “ DJ Rozay” Montgomery suffered a severe stroke with bleeding on the brain. On the morning of the stroke he was airlifted to the hospital. Brandon was intubated for 4 days and shortly after being taken off we discovered he was unable to speak, unable to walk and had no function of his right side.

Today he is more verbal and his right side is responding to pain, however he is still unable to walk. His brain is still processing and needs to heal so that his speech and function of his right side can return back to normal.

Once he is discharged from the hospital he will need to go to an acute rehab facility where he will undergo intense physical, occupational and speech therapy. We are also in the process of making living arrangements that can accommodate him and continuous therapy once he leaves rehab.

Several people have asked how they could help and wanted to make a donation toward his medical bills as well as provide some support for his new born baby. We feel this will be the best way for people to make their donations as they see fit. We ask that you continue to pray for Brandon’s physical, mental and emotional healing he has a long road ahead of him. He is strong and will continue to fight for a 100% recovery so that he can get back to being a loving Father and doing what he loves DJing and podcasting.
