Hello, my dear friend Angela was diagnosed in 2011 with leukemia. Specifically, with (CML) Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia, an adult form. Angela has to be one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She inspires myself and many people she comes into contact with her joy and kindness. Regardless of the circumstances, she manages to have faith and joy; however, there are many days when optimism turns to pessimism. Nevertheless, somehow she still manages to smile, be a blessing to others, and most of all conjure happiness when things do not go as planned. Angela has been taking multiple chemo medications for several years that have numerous debilitating side effects, attended countless medical appointments with fear of news to be told, and has been subject to countless diagnostic tests. Angela is registered in the national bone marrow registry and is a top candidate for a bone marrow transplant this year (2014). With medical bills being an obstacle, our goal is to raise $50,000.00 to help with these medical expenses. Any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
