Coleen,s son, my nephew, Blake Zarowny began experiencing anxiety, personality changes and vision problems over the past year.  It was gradual but continued to get worse.  He was unable to work or even function.

After an MRI, Blake was diagnosed with a large brain tumor called"Craniopharyngioma". Immediate surgery was recommended and performed Oct. 2 at Hoag hospital in California by a "rock star" Neurosurgeon, Dr. Robert  Louis.  Coleen and my nephew's wife,Morgan flew out to be with Blake.

His surgery lasted  over 8 hours where they removed 85   
Percent  of the tumor and radiation will follow to fight the remaining 15 percent.  His battle is ongoing but positive strides are being made.

It is unknown how long Blake will have to remain in California before returning to Spokane for recovery.

Bake, Morgan and their one year old son,Zeke have been residing at Morgan's parents house due to the fact Blake has been unable to work.

The funds from "Gofundme" will be used for medical expenses and family travel while supporting Blake.
